1. Services offered

BVORTENIC TECHNOLOGIES provides the following professional services:

• Cyber security: consultancy, vulnerability assessment, penetration testing and red team operations
• Software development: secure web and mobile applications, enterprise platforms and UI and UX design
• Managed security: SIEM deployment, monitoring and incident response

All services are governed by an individual service agreement or engagement letter signed before work begins.

2. Acceptable use

By using this website, you agree not to:

• Probe, scan or test the vulnerability of our website without written authorisation
• Use automated tools to scrape or harvest information from this site
• Submit false, misleading or malicious content through our contact form
• Impersonate any person or entity in communications with us

3. Engagements and service agreements

For all paid services, BVORTENIC TECHNOLOGIES provides a written statement of work or service agreement before the engagement. No work begins without:

• Signed written authorisation from the client
• A clearly defined and agreed scope
• Agreed deliverables and timelines

Unauthorised testing or hacking activity, regardless of intent, is strictly prohibited and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, design, graphics and code, belongs to BVORTENIC TECHNOLOGIES. You may not reproduce, distribute or modify any content without our written permission.

Reports and deliverables produced for clients are licensed for internal use only unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Limitation of liability

BVORTENIC TECHNOLOGIES provides services to a high professional standard. We are not liable for:

• Damage resulting from third party access despite our security recommendations
• Business losses arising from delayed implementation of our recommendations
• Inaccuracies in client provided information that affect the scope or outcome of an assessment

Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the fees paid for the relevant engagement.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all client engagements, data and system information as confidential. Our team is bound by non disclosure obligations. We will not disclose client information to a third party without written consent, except where required by Tanzanian law.

7. Termination

We may refuse or end an engagement at our discretion, particularly where:

• The requested scope falls outside ethical or legal boundaries
• The client provides false information during scoping
• Payment obligations are not met under the agreed terms

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dar es Salaam.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
